Your questions, answered.

When will my order arrive?

Dispatch: we send in-stock items 1–2 days after your order is placed.

Sweden: PostNord transport time is additional and depends on the shipping service and destination.

Outside Sweden: delivery is usually around one week, but can sometimes take up to two weeks.

These are estimates. Pre-orders may be dispatched later. Contact us before ordering if you need an item by a specific date.

How do I request a return?

Email us with your order number before sending anything back. Our returns policy explains the time limits, item condition requirements and how to start a return.

Read the returns policy

How do I choose the right size?

Check the measurements and available sizes on the product page. If anything is unclear, send us the product name and we'll help you choose.

Ask us about a piece

How should I care for my jewelry?

As a general precaution, store your pieces separately and clean gently with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid direct contact with perfume, cleaning products and prolonged moisture. Follow any product-specific care instructions.

Can I change my order?

Contact us as soon as possible with your order number and the change you need. We'll check what is still possible; changes cannot be guaranteed once an order is being prepared or has been dispatched.

What if an item arrives damaged or incorrect?

Contact us as soon as you notice a problem. Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging so we can investigate and help you with the next step.
